A Beautiful Chiropractic/Nutrition Office

We are located in beautiful Holliswood, Queens where we are surrounded by towering trees, greenery, and local wildlife.  The office is in a private home with plenty of unrestricted parking available.  The office has a family-friendly atmosphere to keep our younger patients happy and entertained. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Our office staff works hard to accomodate you and maintain good communication between Dr. Jacobs and her patients.  Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial
We are no longer participating with any insurance companies except for MEDICARE.  Fees are reasonable and customary. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle.  Feel free to contact the office for more information.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
